Shifting to BD/GTM Ideas

Hi,

Due to a lukewarm/lack of response from the survey and my shift in focus to finding a job, I’m going to put this on hold for now. To do this well, I need to spend more time reading and researching this material, and I’m just not in that headspace at the moment — and I can’t force it.

In the near future, I will be working on some GTM research materials — particularly around vertical AI SaaS — and if I believe they are unique and useful, I’ll share those. I’ll need some time to get those together and experiment.

For those who requested more BD/Partnerships tips, please read my book. Since I’ve written it, I do have some updates around vertical SaaS I should add particularly around getting design wins, attracting C-Level execs of large companies, and selling multiple services before selling a silver bullet product. Feel free to reach out if you have any advice, feedback, or questions.
